La música es la pasión de Ismael Dorado. Y el saxofón es el instrumento que le permite canalizar ese sentimiento musical y compartirlo con el público en todas sus actuaciones.
Ismael es de Villaminaya un pueblecito de Toledo. España. Cuando empezó su formación musical su objetivo era claro, dedicarse en cuerpo y alma a la música. Este interés por la música le hizo llegar a todos los rincones musicales, lo que le hizo llegar a formar parte de la Banda de Música del Ejército del Aire de Madrid durante cinco años y a ganar durante dos años consecutivos, en 2005 y 2006 el concurso de “Jóvenes Artistas de Castilla la Mancha”.
Ismael ha sido parte de los grupos ‘Saxofonistas Sinfónicos de Toledo’ y ‘Huejazz’, con el que recorrió España con los espectáculos «Concierto didáctico. De Cine» y «Españolísimo», ambos dedicados a la música española.

También ha colaborado como invitado en bandas de pop español como Tenesee o Amistades Peligrosas y tuvo grandes actuaciones como músico invitado en el II Festival Smooth Hot Jazz de 2019, destacando la memorable actuación junto a Adam Hawley
Ahora Ismael ha decidido da un paso más allá, seguir sintiéndose más vivo que nunca, y esta vez lo hace con un nuevo proyecto en solitario. Bajo el nombre de Ismael Dorado con el lanzamiento de su primer álbum de Smooth Jazz “Otra Mirada”
“Otra Mirada” es un gran álbum de Ismael, la escucha se hace corta, te invita a querer escuchar más pero con nos da la suficiente intensidad como para disfrutar de toda la buena música y la fantástica interpretación que Ismael nos ofrece y es capaz de compartir con todos nosotros. Muy recomendable

Music is the passion for Ismael Dorado. And the saxophone is the instrument that allows him to channel that musical feeling and share it with the public in all his performances.
Ismael is from Villaminaya, a small town in Toledo, Spain. When he began his musical training his goal was clear, to dedicate himself body and soul to music. This interest in music made him reach every musical corner, which made him become part of the Music Band of the Air Force of Madrid for five years and to win for two consecutive years, in 2005 and 2006, the competition for "Young Artists of Castilla la Mancha".

But what makes Ismael really feel alive is sharing the music, the good music, with all the fans. And he has done it in various ways, through a personal project called ‘Fools Band’, with which since 2011 he makes tribute to the legendary english band Supertramp. Also with his own band, ‘Ismael Dorado Band’, a band that performs mythical covers of the history of music.
He has also collaborated as a guest in Spanish pop bands such as Tenesee or Amistades Peligrosas and had great performances as a guest musician at the II Smooth Hot Jazz Festival in Madrid 2019, highlighting the memorable performance with Adam Hawley.
Now Ismael has decided to go one step further, to continue feeling more alive than ever, and this time he does it with a new solo project. Under the name of Ismael Dorado with the release of his first Smooth Jazz album “Otra Mirada”.
"Otra Mirada" is a great album by Ismael, listening becomes shorter, invites you to want to listen more but with enough intensity to enjoy all the good music and the fantastic performance that Ismael offers us, sharing it with the fans. Highly recommended.
