"Mo Jazzin'"! es el primer sencillo y título del nuevo álbum, Mo Jazzin de Johnny Britt '.
Junto con Norman Brown y Wayman Tisdale, el grupo Impromp2 de Britt se encontraba entre una colección original de artistas ya firmados con el sello discográfico Jazz, MoJazz a principios de la década de 1990. Su nuevo single rinde homenaje a esa legendaria etiqueta.
Al principio, Britt se sumergió profundamente en el jazz, conoció a los iconos y leyendas de la forma de arte y estudió diligentemente para convertirse en un trompetista de jazz con formación clásica en el Conservatorio de Versalles, cerca de París, Francia.
No es ajeno al lado smooth y contemporáneo del jazz, ya que ha compuesto material para algunas de las estrellas del género, incluidos tres éxitos número 1 para Boney James y canciones para Rick Braun, Euge Groove y Norman Brown, además del cantante de R&B Peabo Bryson y las leyendas de Motown The Temptations, para éstos últimos también ejerció para ellos como director musical.

Along with Norman Brown and Wayman Tisdale, Britt’s group Impromp2 was among the original collection of artists signed to Jazz record label, MoJazz in the early 1990’s. His new single pays homage to the legendary label.
Early on, Britt immersed himself deeply into jazz, meeting the artform’s icons and legends and studying diligently to become a classically-trained jazz trumpet player at The Versailles Conservatory near Paris, France. He is no stranger to the smooth/contemporary side of jazz having composed material for some of the genre’s stars, including three No. 1 hits for Boney James and songs for Rick Braun, Euge Groove and Norman Brown. The tunesmith also wrote for R&B singer Peabo Bryson and Motown legends The Temptations, the latter for whom he served as musical director.
