Sheldon Ferguson is a Grammy nominated guitarist who is originally from Columbia, SC and currently resides in Atlanta, GA. He earned his Bachelors in Professional Music with emphasis in Performance and Production at Berklee College of Music. In 2011 Sheldon released his first smooth jazz album titled The Brighter Side, at the age of seventeen. Sheldon’s music has sold in over forty different countries and can be heard on jazz stations all over the world. The international radio broadcast, Talking Smooth Jazz, considers him a part of the new generation of smooth jazz. In January 2018, Sheldon released his second album, Soul Searching, after a six-year hiatus from releasing music. Soul Searching charted at #7 on the Smooth Jazz Global Listener Chart and #39 on the Top 50 Albums Chart. The album documents a journey of self-discovery and Sheldon hopes to inspire others with its message.

Outside of his work as a jazz artist, Sheldon Ferguson is Grammy Nominated studio guitarist whose sound is highly sought after. Sheldon produced the hit song, Don't Check On Me by Chris Brown and Justin Bieber with over 80 million streams on Spotify. He also recorded guitar on Travis Scott’s Billboard Hot 100 hit, Yosemite, which appears on the Double Platinum album, Astroworld. This song is credited for bringing guitar back into hip-hop, as mentioned in the Rolling Stone article titled, Hip-Hop's Secret Weapon: Acoustic Guitar. He was also featured on the IMAGE award winning soundtrack for Oprah Winfrey's, Greenleaf, as well as appearing on the show in Seasons 2 and 3. Sheldon has performed on stage with notable artists, including Ledisi, Aloe Blacc, Bilal, Angie Stone, Bazzi and many others. Whether on stage on in the studio, Sheldon Ferguson’s goal is to create musical moments that will last forever.
