Al Sunny apareció en la escena francesa con su primer álbum "Time To Decide" a través del sello Favorite Recordings. Aunque parece un nombre personal, no es si no el nombre de este proyecto que encabeza Alexandre Tricard (cantante, compositor, arreglista y guitarrista). Sus fuentes de inspiración incluyen a Al Green y Al Jarreau aunque siente una gran admiración por el sonido West Coast de los 70's y 80's como Steely Dan, The Doobie Brothers, Boz Scaggs, Player y Ambrosia aunque la versión de la canción "Get It Up For Love" de Ned Doheny haga que también éste último se encuentre entre los músicos admirados por Alexandre Tricard.


Es cierto que "Time To Decide" salió ya hace dos años en versión digital y LP, pero ahora vuelve a estar de actualidad por su edición en Japón a través del sello P-Vine Records, por vez primer en CD.
Lo que en este trabajo encontrarás son melodías suaves brasileñas, un sonido blue-eyed soul de los 70's. ¡Disfrútalo!

Al Sunny appeared on the French scene with her first album "Time To Decide" through the label Favorite Recordings. Although it seems a personal name, it is not if not the name of this project headed by Alexandre Tricard (singer, composer, arranger and guitarist). His sources of inspiration include Al Green and Al Jarreau although he feels a great admiration for the West Coast sound of the 70's and 80's like Steely Dan, The Doobie Brothers, Boz Scaggs, Player and Ambrosia although the version of the song "Get It Up For Love "by Ned Doheny make this one also be among the musicians admired by Alexandre Tricard.

It is true that "Time To Decide" came out two years ago in digital version and LP, but now it is back in the news for its edition in Japan through the P-Vine Records label, for the first time on CD.

What you will find in this work are soft Brazilian melodies, a blue-eyed soul sound from the 70's. Enjoy it!
