Christian Gratz es un multi instrumentista y compositor de Olyphant Pennsylvania. Graduado de la Universidad de Marywood, Christian Gratz tiene una licenciatura en guitarra de jazz. Además, es bajista y teclista.
Christian estaba destinado a tener una carrera musical a una edad temprana. Nació con una rara condición llamada sinestesia/cromastésia, que se define clínicamente como la combinación de dos sentidos. Esto hace que el cerebro produzca una visión de color y forma con cada nota musical.
Christian se unió a su primera banda de covers a la edad de 15 años, y mientras obtuvo su título en la universidad tuvo el honor de actuar con artistas legendarios como Three Dog Night, The Grass Roots, Shirley King, The Drifters, The Stylistics y más.

Graduate from Marywood University, Christian Gratz holds a bachelors degree is jazz guitar. He is also a bassist and keyboard player.
Christian was destined to have a music career at a young age. Christian was born with a rare condition called Synesthesia/chromasthesia, which is clinically defined as the meshing of two senses.
This causes the brain to produce a vision of color and shape with each note of music.
Christian joined his first cover band at the age of 15, and while earning his degree in college he had the honor of performing with legendary artists such as Three Dog Night, The Grass Roots, Shirley King, The Drifters, The Stylistics, and more.
Today Christian performs throughout various parts of the US including with his group The Frost Duo.
Most recently Christian has released his very first solo album called 1979.
Christian was always inspired by the great music of the 70s and the sounds used to create music of that era.
He decided he wanted to create his own album using sounds that inspired him from that time to make it sound like it was a lost album from that era. He came up with the 11-track album 1979. A blend of Adult contemporary and instrumental tracks. A true replication of what was once referred to as yacht rock.
The album was rated one of the top 10 albums of the year by West Coast Music Magazine.
